Brydon Helps Lawyer Client Obtain Attorney Fees in Malpractice Case
 
John Brydon represented a lawyer who was sued by a former client for breach of fiduciary duty after the lawyer had filed a claim for payment of promised attorney fees.   The lawyer defendant had obtained a favorable result for the plaintiff in the case over which the dispute arose.   The jury found for the defendant and ordered the former client to pay attorney fees plus prejudgment interest.
