Brydon Hugo & Parker managing partner James Parker and Senior Attorney Greg Rosse successfully defended FOSTER WHEELER LLC in a wrongful death asbestos case brought in San Francisco Superior Court. Foster Wheeler had designed and built multiple coal-fired boilers at the Reid Gardner Power Plant in Nevada; plaintiffs claimed that FOSTER WHEELER was liable for exposures to asbestos decedent, a plant employee, suffered when asbestos-insulation was applied to two of the boilers and associated piping, leading to his developing an asbestos-related lung cancer (mesothelioma).
