Jury Rules Against Plaintiff's Injury Claim

Plaintiff was rearended by Defendant, who admitted liability.    Plaintiff alleged he had sustained a herniated disk in the accident, although he did not seek medical treatment for seven months after the accident.    Defense counsel John Brydon argued that the plaintiff had experienced back problems prior to the accident and first sought medical care during a period where he was playing in a basketball league.    Plaintiff was seeking $100,000 - the jury found for the defense.
