John Brydon will be presenting an insurer defense perspective on how to avoid and defend claims involving excess verdicts based on allegations of insurance bad faith at The Boulders in Scottsdale, AZ on April 23, 2010.

John, who co-chairs a national practice group on insurance coverage and bad faith through the International Society of Primerus Law Firms, will be a featured presented at the 2010 Client Convocation of the Primerus Defense Institute section of Primerus.

The audience will include insurance companies and corporate general counsel from around the country.

Brydon is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully defended insurers in scores of bad faith lawsuits, having obtained multiple defense verdicts in bad faith cases, including cases involving claims of punitive damage.
