For the past 3 years John Brydon has lectured on various aspects of asbestos trial defense practice at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (ADC) annual Toxic Tort Series.

On May 6, 2010 John will talk about strategies for success in the courtroom.

The discussion will cover the importance of choosing and presenting a compelling trial theme that the jury will carry into deliberations and will provide tips on how to use experts-plaintiff and defense--to win the case.

Brydon is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully tried scores of asbestos cases, having obtained multiple defense verdicts in mesothelioma cases representing major manufacturers of asbestos containing products, including asbestos fiber suppliers; insulation companies; military equipment manufacturers; and automotive friction companies.
