For the second straight year, BHP Partner Brian H. Buddell will be a featured speaker at the Transportation Law Seminar sponsored by the Primerus Defense Institute ("PDI").
This year's seminar will take place February 10-11, 2011 at the Gaylord Texan Hotel + Convention Center in Dallas, Texas and will be attended by attorneys and transportation industry representatives from around the country.
Mr. Buddell will be presenting the topic of Truck versus Pedestrian Accident Liability. Other topics to be covered at the seminar include: Updates on CSA 2010; Transportation Cases from the Plaintiff's Perspective; Traumatic Brain Injuries & Residual Cognitive Deficit Claims; and Negligent Hiring and Retention Claims.

Brian Buddell heads BHP's Transportation Law group and has over 15 years of experience in Transporation Law during which he has successfully defended his clients in cases and trials all over California.
Mr. Buddell also frequently speaks at seminars regarding Transporation Law, Trial Strategy/Tactics and Civil Litigation.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the PDI's Transportation Law Section. Having been first appointed to the committee in 2008, Mr. Buddell continued his service in 2009 before being asked to serve as its first ever three-term member in 2010.
