Tara-Jane Flynn is a senior counsel at Brydon Hugo & Parker that has been with the firm since its inception after working for two years at Burke, Williams & Sorenson LLP.    Her practice focuses on product liability and transportation matters.    She also has experience in premises liability, general tort liability, environmental law, and criminal law.

Ms. Flynn earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997 with honors from the Prytnean Women’s Honor Society, and her J.D. from University of San Francisco in 2001.    She was admitted to the California Bar in 2001.

While at University of San Francisco, Ms. Flynn worked for the San Francisco District Attorney and the Los Angeles County Public Defender.    In 2000, she served as an assistant to the Special Rapporteur on Environmental Mandates and her findings were presented and published at the fifty-sixth session of the United Nation’s Commission on Human Rights in Geneva.
