Randy A. Moss is Senior Counsel with Brydon Hugo & Parker.
In his nearly two decades of litigation practice, Mr. Moss has defended hundreds of casualty cases (motor vehicle and premises liability), as well as a significant number of inland marine and trucking matters.
His experience includes all aspects of pre-trial, trial and appellate practice throughout the state and federal court systems.
Mr. Moss has represented nationwide insurance companies and their insureds, transportation companies, trucking companies, medical and dental professionals, and premises owners in casualty cases.
While honing his defense skills at the San Francisco firm of Kornblum & Ferry, the Los Angeles office of Cummins & White, and the San Francisco firm of Wuerfel Pardini & Hooven, Mr. Moss managed litigation in personal injury and property loss matters, and since 2001, he has represented Brydon Hugo & Parker's clients in disputes centering on personal injury, product liability, lanlord-tenant disputes, professional negligence, and premises liability issues.
In Northern, Central, and Southern California. His considerable experience ranges from law and motion, trials and appeals, and mediations and arbitrations.
Mr. Moss received his B.A. from UCLA in 1988, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1991, where he served as an associate editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, as well as a member of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.
He was admitted to the Bar in 1991, and is licensed to practice in the following jurisdictions: California; United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and Federal (D.C.) Circuit; United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California; United States Court of Federal Claims. He is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
