In his nearly two decades of legal practice, Randy Moss, Senior Counsel at Brydon Hugo & Parker, has represented nationwide insurance companies in bad faith and coverage disputes throughout California. While honing his insurance defense skills at the San Francisco firm of Kornblum & Ferry, the Los Angeles office of Cummins & White, and the San Francisco firm of Wuerfel Pardini & Hooven, Mr. Moss managed litigation on behalf of insurance companies, third party administrators, and insurance agents and brokers in contractual and extracontractual disputes in state and federal court. Since 2001, Mr. Moss has represented Brydon Hugo & Parker's insurance clients in first party and third party bad faith and coverage disputes, agent and broker actions, and casualty matters, in Northern, Central, and Southern California. His considerable experience ranges from law and motion, trials and appeals, and mediations and arbitrations.
