Tara-Jane Flynn is a senior litigation associate with Brydon Hugo & Parker. She has a wide range of civil law experience, having worked as a representative for Human Rights Advocates at the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva, Switzerland and for the Center for Law and Global Justice in Bali, Indonesia.

Mrs. Flynn came to BHP with two years experience in toxic tort litigation, and she continues to focus on asbestos products liability and premises defense.

Mrs. Flynn earned a degree in Psychology in 1997 from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mrs. Flynn is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
