Robert L. Oca is an associate whose practice includes complex civil litigation including real property disputes, personal injury and asbestos defense.

He has worked as an attorney in private practice since 2001 and as a Pro Bono attorney through the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Mr. Oca received a Bachelor of Arts in History at San Francisco State University, San Francisco, California and a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California in 2000. During law school he was an intern in a criminal law practice, with Lexis Nexis, and Bay Area Legal aid.   Mr. Oca is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
