Robert L. Oca is a litigation associate whose practice includes complex civil litigation including real property disputes, personal injury and asbestos defense.

He has worked as an attorney in private practice since 2001 and as a Pro Bono attorney through the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Mr. Oca received a Bachelor of Arts in History at San Francisco State University, San Francisco, California and a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California in 2000. During law school he was an intern in a criminal law practice, with Lexis Nexis, and Bay Area Legal aid.   Mr. Oca is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
