Roland E. Thé is a litigation partner focusing on construction defect defense, Proposition 65 cases, ground water contamination, carbon monoxide defense, toxic mold litigation, criminal defense, and insurance bad faith matters.
Mr. Thé also assists in the work-up and trial of asbestos related products liability claims.
Mr. Thé has extensive trial experience having secured over 30 jury trial verdicts.
He also has primary case management responsibility for a variety of complex CERCLA (Superfund) cases and PCE contamination cases in the California Central Valley, which are pending in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Thé graduated with a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Davis in 1989 and received his J.D. in 1992 from Santa Clara University.
