RANDY A. MOSS

Randy A. Moss is a senior litigation associate with Brydon Hugo & Parker. Mr. Moss specializes in the defense of casualty cases (automobile and premises liability), insurance bad faith and coverage litigation, uninsured motorist claims, and subrogation matters.

He has also worked extensively in the area of products liability, including cases involving national corporations in the automobile and fast food industries. Mr. Moss also has significant experience in cases involving defamation, construction defect, and inland marine and trucking issues. His litigation experience includes all aspects of pre-trial, trial and appellate practice.

Mr. Moss received his B.A. from UCLA in 1988, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1991, where he served as an associate editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, as well as a member of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.

He was admitted to the Bar in 1991, and is licensed to practice in the following jurisdictions: California; United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and Federal (D.C.) Circuit; United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California; United States Court of Federal Claims. He is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Mr. Moss is a fluent speaker of French.
