PEGAH SHETABI
Litigation Associate
Pegah Shetabi is a litigation associate practicing primarily in the areas of products liability and tort defense. Prior to joining Brydon Hugo and Parker, Ms. Shetabi practiced with Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, LLP.
She has represented numerous manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, premise owners and contractors and has litigated matters involving products liability, toxic tort, construction defect, commercial contracts, personal injury, and employment law.
Pegah earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Barnard College (of Columbia University) in New York, New York, in 1994 and her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California in 2000.
While in law school, Pegah was a judicial extern to the Honorable James R. Lambden of the California Courts of Appeal, 1st Appellate District, and earned American Jurisprudence and CALI awards in Criminal Procedure and Corporations, respectively.
During her undergraduate studies, she was a research assistant at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
Ms. Shetabi is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for Northern California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
