GEORGE A. OTSTOTT
Senior Litigation Associate
George A. Otstott is a senior litigation associate with Brydon Hugo & Parker and was admitted to the California bar in 1996.
Mr. Otstott has expertise in complex construction defect, contract, delay and mold claims, with years of experience defending clients in cases of products liability, premises liability and general insurance defense.
He is a certified lecturer in construction defect and coverage law.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
He was a Comments Editor of USF's Law Review, earned academic honors and won Moot Court Best Brief.
Before joining Brydon Hugo & Parker, Mr. Otstott was a partner in the firm of Ericksen, Arbuthnot, Kilduff, Day & Lindstrom, Inc., San Francisco, California.
He was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable William Cahill in the Law & Motion Department, San Francisco Superior Court.
Prior to law school, he was the L.B.J. Intern for Honorable Bill Archer, former Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee.
Mr. Otstott is a member of the Litigation and Construction Sections of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
He is admitted in California and U.S. District Court, District of Northern California.
